Fixer-Upper to Fully Restored Home
This project involved a complete renovation of a severely neglected fixer-upper home that had outdated finishes, poor lighting, and years of deferred maintenance. The interior suffered from worn materials, inefficient layouts, and an overall dark, dingy aesthetic that no longer served the homeowner’s needs. RK Steele was brought in to assess the space, identify critical repairs, and create a clear plan to modernize and restore the home.
Our team handled extensive interior upgrades, including flooring, lighting, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and design consulting. Outdated fixtures and finishes were replaced with clean, cohesive, and functional selections that dramatically improved both the look and livability of the space. The result is a completely transformed home — bright, refreshed, and thoughtfully designed — turning a neglected property into a beautiful, comfortable living environment built to last.
